Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinate Supply Chain - Coordinate with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Deliveries - Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
  • Track Shipments - Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
  • Support Agency Services - Support agency services as required.
  • Maintain Records - Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree Required - Diploma / NITEC in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
  • Experience Preferred - Experience in ship supply, logistics, or port operations preferred.
  • Communication Skills - Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Time Management - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to Detail - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
