Job Title: Vessel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Vessel Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of vessel operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a good understanding of maritime terminology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform boarding duties and obtain port and immigration clearance
  • Prepare disbursement accounts and manage vessel finances
  • Liaise with vessel principals, charterers, and other relevant parties
  • Manage cargo delivery with ship chandlers, bunker companies, and freight forwarders
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / N Level qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience or similar work experience an advantage
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong personal communication skills
  • Able to take pressure, independent, mature, and team player
  • Knowledge of maritime terminology in English
