A vessel operations coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our maritime operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the operation manager in daily schedule planning and ensuring seamless vessel operations. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining awareness of market trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

We are looking for a team player with a customer-centric approach who is willing to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedule planning with stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry.
  • Work closely with HSE & Fleet department to ensure compliance and effective defect reporting.
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of bunker control.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
