We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Ambassador. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- To greet guests upon arrival, welcoming them to our hotel and providing them with all necessary information and assistance.
- To answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and engage with guests in person, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- To assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- To handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling refunds as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including property management software (PMS).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
