Job Title: Front Desk Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage our front desk. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Operations: Manage the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding brand standards.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and guide team members to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
  • Safety and Satisfaction: Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by playing a key role in emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Skills: Excellent communications, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Style: Able to perform independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Availability: Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
