The front desk professional is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the branch manager with day-to-day operations and functions.
- Providing accurate and immediate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Acknowledging and greeting guests entering and leaving the facility.
- Attending to incoming calls and redirecting them or taking down messages.
- Maintaining knowledge of all services, products, and prices.
- Monitoring appointment bookings to ensure sufficient customers, staff, and operating efficiency.
- Scheduling appointments and managing schedules.
- Performing basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier duties.
- Attending to customers' pre- and post-consultation inquiries.
- Maintaining tidiness of the front desk area.
- Managing inventory, including purchasing stocks when necessary.
- Administering, recording, and maintaining customer records and files.
- Ensuring regular follow-ups with customers to maintain high standards of customer care.
- Maintaining safety standards and cleanliness of the salon/clinic at all times.
