We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and visitor registration.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and office organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask.
Benefits:
- Location: One-North MRT / Kent Ridge MRT.
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 9:30am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday.
