Welcome to our Front Desk Team
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and inquiries.
• Process room reservations and check-ins accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Develop strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum O Level or Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
