Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish consensus on project objectives and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and deliver IT projects.
  • Manage third-party vendors for project implementation and support, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation, including user workflows, system processes and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience including:
    • 5 years in project support/management.
    • 5 years as a Business Analyst leading at least two end-to-end full SDLC project deliveries.
  • Strong IT foundation encompassing project management methodologies, system design, web application development and IT security/audit controls.
  • Skilled in managing business process workflows with ability to align IT systems with business objectives.
  • Proficient in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, RESTful services, middleware, API integrations and low-code development platforms.
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders, vendors and colleagues translating technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach to work.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
