Reservation Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee the daily tasks of our Reservations Department, managing room reservations using our property management system.

  • We are seeking an experienced Reservation Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in this field, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of property management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily tasks of the Reservations Department.
  2. Create and update room reservations using the PMS.
  3. Ensure reservation data is entered accurately and promptly.
  4. Encourage Reservations Agents to upsell to boost hotel revenues.
  5. Handle special requests and assign rooms accordingly.
  6. Resolve booking issues or discrepancies professionally.
  7. Train team members in reservation operations to maintain accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  8. Manage group bookings, coordinating with the Sales Manager for smooth operations.
