We seek a detail-driven People Analytics Specialist to transform HR data into powerful insights that directly shape our people strategy and drive smarter HR decisions. You will play a crucial role in supporting analytics, reporting, and employee listening initiatives across HR functions.

  • Analyze and visualize HR data to uncover strategic insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key HR metrics and workforce trends
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks
  • Contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop workflows using tools like Power Automate
  • Partner with HR teams to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy
Your Expertise Matters

As a successful candidate, you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques like regression or predictive modeling is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, with a curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
