Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished data insights strategist to play a pivotal role in uncovering deep customer insights and developing AI/ML solutions that drive business value across various product lines.

  • Lead strategic initiatives to identify high-value opportunities, define problem statements, and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
  • Develop and integrate analytical models into a customer-centric decision engine, championing best practices for model deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Apply cutting-edge techniques to uncover insights on customer behavior, life stages, affluence, and interests across products and services.
  • Enable robust data exploration, insight discovery, and experimentation for lifecycle marketing campaigns, devising and executing rigorous A/B tests, segmentations, and optimization strategies.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Deep technical and data science expertise, demonstrating proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, efficient data manipulation, and data visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify and solve complex business problems through data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
