Job Description

As a Data Insights Strategist, you will be responsible for partnering with business teams to provide actionable insights that drive data-driven decision making. You will lead cross-functional teams in data analytics projects and provide technical support on automation and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business teams to identify key business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in data analytics projects, including data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
  • Provide technical support on automation and business initiatives, including process improvement and optimization.
  • Solve complex data projects using variable algorithms and statistical models.

Requirements

To succeed as a Data Insights Strategist, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as data analytics, statistics, or mathematics.
  • 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Experience in data analysis and storytelling is strongly preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
