Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business insights, forecasting, and analytics efforts for multiple products in Asia. Key responsibilities include delivering market and sales analysis to maximize product value, coordinating forecasting processes, and providing strategic insights via market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead data and AI transformation initiatives in software/gaming domains.
  • Develop robust BI dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Apply prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model deployment techniques.
  • Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling.
  • Implement data warehouse design, data modeling, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Document systems, ensure version control, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Lead teams of business analysts and provide guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a tertiary education in relevant disciplines, with at least 8 years of working experience in business analysis and data analysis. Proficiency in SQL queries is essential, as well as deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance. Additional requirements include excellent verbal communication skills to connect with international clients.
