Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to assist the Hotel Manager in the administration and operation of the Front Office department. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction, driving business growth, and developing strategies for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and supervision for the Front Office department
• Drive business growth and profitability
• Develop strategies for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Champion brand experiences and guide team members
Requirements
• Diploma in any field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative
• Knowledge in Opera System advantageous
