We're seeking a creative Designer with ambition to grow into an Art Director role.

Job Overview\

Lead the design of publications, campaigns, and brand visuals from concept to final execution. Take projects from concept through to delivery with both creative vision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Collaborate with writers and strategists to develop strong narratives.\
  • Bring clarity and creativity to corporate work, helping clients tell their stories in fresh ways.\
  • Contribute ideas, challenge briefs, and push design beyond expectations.\
  • Help guide junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.\
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, layout skills, and polished execution.

Requirements\
  • \
  • 3-5 years of design experience (agency or in-house).\
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and digital and print production.\
  • A natural curiosity and drive to grow, especially toward an art direction role.
