Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

Develop and implement design strategies to create engaging architectural environments.

  • Lead project schedules, deliverables, clients, and consultants with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Oversee architectural drawings and works, preparing and submitting shop drawings and as-built submissions.
  • Resolve conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues with consultants.
  • Prepare RFI, RFA, and RFMA & RFSDA documents and follow architectural consultant and subcontractor procedures.
  • Generate technical meeting minutes and site progress meeting minutes to address issues.
  • Create design strategies, concept designs, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Photoshop.
  • Attend site visits with other team members and liaise with contractors and the design/construction team.
  • Perform BIM coordination for architecture discipline, including accuracy and conformance checks against Singapore BIM standards.
  • Develop BIM modeling schedules in line with construction schedules and monitor BIM submission delivery.
  • Produce detailed shop drawings from Revit for submission and create drawings for authorities' submission.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator in large-scale building/civil projects with main contractors in civil construction projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, Sketch up.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
