About the Role

This is a senior position in design where you will be leading product teams. You are expected to define strategy, own outcomes, and lead multi-year product execution.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in design across multiple industries. A bachelor's degree in Industrial design, Interaction design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts or similar is required. Master's degree is preferred.

  • Develop and own the design vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for end-to-end procurement systems aligned with digitalisation priorities.
  • Establish, track, and deliver on design OKRs and success metrics that drive user adoption, operational impact, and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritise design initiatives that maximise value creation and usability for procurement stakeholders from requisition through contract management and vendor relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen procurement workflows by embedding user research and data-driven design decisions to support strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Redesign procurement interfaces and experiences through systematic design standards that enable intuitive, multi-stakeholder collaboration across complex technology solutions.
  • Implement design systems and methodologies that proactively identify user friction points and reduce operational risk through detection of usability barriers in procurement processes.
