Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead our architectural team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams of junior architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
  • Drive excellence in design conceptualization, development, technical coordination, and documentation processes.
  • Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance.

  • Apply technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in healthcare projects.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office software.
