Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual / UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs that meet our business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our products
  • Develop and maintain design systems and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, design research or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. At least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, internships, or freelance work, with a focus on SaaS systems
  3. Good with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar industry-standard interaction design and prototyping tools
  4. Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
  5. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as product strategy, ops, policy etc.
  6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership
  7. Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyze data to inform design decisions
  8. Familiarity with usability testing and gathering feedback to improve design quality
  9. Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
  10. Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
  11. Strong empathy for users and a desire to advocate for their needs
  12. Desire to learn, adapt and grow in the UX design field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with service design and systems thinking
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design teams
  • Design system experience, with the ability to align designs across different tracks
  • Experience working on case management systems or CRM
  • Candidates with Salesforce experience
