Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees on a range of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner, seeking advice and guidance as needed.
  • Liaise with payroll, managers, and employees to ensure timely processing of timesheets and resolution of pay-related matters.
  • Review and update company position descriptions as required.
  • Manage probation period reporting and NetSuite updates.
  • Manage HR reporting as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Monitor, review, and update all HR policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation.
  • Creation of HR-related letters for employees.
  • Responsible for all activities involved in off-boarding staff, including completion of tasks and accuracy of notifications to the broader team.
  • Ensure that residency and work-rights compliance documents are collected and stored, and visa end dates are monitored.
  • Maintain HR profiles for employees.
  • Participate in HR activities and process improvement initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Work on HR integration projects.
  • Work with external immigration firms to coordinate visa nominations in liaison with managers, overseas applicants, and monitor the status of current employees on temporary visas.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and systems processing.
