Position at GroupM Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for GroupM Singapore. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with the business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex HR functions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution on complex employee matters. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management processes and communication strategies. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization through targeted programs and initiatives. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role. Proven experience in managing employee relations, conflict management, change management, performance management, and organizational development. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
