About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Desk Agent to join our APAC IT team. This role will be based in our Singapore office and will require travel to other locations across Asia.

As a key member of our team, you will provide desktop and workplace IT support services aligned with business needs and expectations. You will work closely with our wider IT groups to deliver the best possible IT experience for our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-user support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing support requests, performing proactive maintenance tasks, and working on various projects to improve our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Perform proactive maintenance tasks, including regular patching and updates of laptop fleets
  • Manage support requests using our ticketing system and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
