The role of Sales and Account Manager is to drive business growth through effective management of existing accounts, establishment of new customer relationships, and execution of sales strategies to meet the company's sales and profit targets. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure consistent revenue growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives. • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
This role requires the following qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
