Business Development Manager Role

This critical position plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads and securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership and channel plan aligned with company objectives as the primary liaison for partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Bld and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors and channels to guarantee successful collaboration.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Set and monitor performance metrics for partnership and channel activities including revenue targets, market penetration and partner satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through partners and resellers particularly in Asia.
  • Generate new business opportunities locally and internationally to fuel sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute partnership initiatives and product development teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Represent at industry events conferences and meetings with international partners.

This role requires tertiary education in relevant disciplines and at least 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships and channels in the Technology/software industry. Excellent verbal communication skills and regional experience are preferred.
