About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to drive business growth through strategic planning, market monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth with new and existing key customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in healthcare, medical, and HVAC industries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to achieve profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing EMS/OEM/ODM business in electronic manufacturing industries.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Solution-driven mindset and collaborative approach to work with teams across global time zones.

Please note that the ability to travel domestically and internationally is required for this role.
