Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.

  1. Develop and implement plans to expand customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements to meet customer needs.
  3. Support distributors in market development, product training, and meeting commercial requirements.
  4. Regularly review distributor performance and provide recommendations to enhance motivation and drive sales.
  5. Promote the company's products and services at international trade fairs and industry events.
  6. Identify and generate new business leads within assigned territories.
  7. Conduct client visits in established and potential markets to build strong relationships.
  8. Collaborate with clients and relevant parties to address trademark infringement issues.

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additionally, you should be willing to travel internationally as required and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
