We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of prospecting, customer relationship development, and strategic business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft sales plans and provide compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective day-to-day sales management and organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand our customer base and maintain market presence.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Create and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Identify emerging markets and trends while staying informed about new products and competitors.
- Owning recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Effective mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
