Your RoleAs a Business Growth and Development Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting our corporate travel solution to designed markets
- Securing new agreements with global MNCs and SMEs
- Developing and executing sales plans to deliver key results
- Collaborating with corporate clients to extend relationships and optimize their investment
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, finance, legal R&D, service & marketing
- Collaborate with Product Management to formulate and refine the product roadmap
- Lead projects and initiatives as required, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate development, business development, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable global or local TMC/in airline in a sales function/B2B or SaaS in a sales function
- Fluent in English/Japanese and Chinese (Knowing Chinese is a plus but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of TMC
