Business Growth and Development Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a profound understanding of the adult education landscape to join our team as an Assistant Director in Business Development.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Revenue Growth- Implement strategies aimed at expanding revenue streams.
- Identify fresh market segments, delivery channels, and funding opportunities to expedite revenue growth.
- Spearhead sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with business partners, intermediaries, and outreach teams to foster strong and thriving sales pipelines.
- Develop forecasts, projections, and exercise prudent budget management to ensure optimal resource allocation and achieve financial sustainability and growth.
- Oversee the development and refinement of continuous education and lifelong learning programmes to meet the evolving needs of adult learners.
- Ensure programme portfolios align with the latest market dynamics and industry needs.
- Ensure all programmes adhere to regulatory standards and rigorous quality assurance processes within the framework of NTU's guidelines and funding agencies' regulations.
- Implement robust assessment mechanisms to gauge programme effectiveness, learning outcomes, and skills acquisition, closely aligning with NTU's commitment to academic excellence.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, learner outcomes, and market trends for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
