About Us
GREENINE GROUP was founded in 2011 and we are based in Tokyo, Japan. We have recently set up a new headquarter with our office in downtown Singapore and we also have offices in the Philippines and Dubai. In Japan, we are involved in diverse industries such as business consulting, bonsai sales, art sales, real estate, sports gyms, restaurants, and others with plans for further expansion across Asia. With the aim of making Singapore a central hub for our Asian operations, we are strengthening our base by recruiting for dynamic business development professionals who can drive new growth opportunities and contribute to our expanding ventures. We welcome applicants with at least 2-3 years of professional experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to create, expand, and scale new business opportunities across Singapore and SEA.
Build partnerships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and revenue opportunities.
Drive aggressive sales strategies, taking ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, refine marketing approaches, and enhance customer engagement.
Develop and execute digital marketing and content strategies to strengthen brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
Create proposals and presentations for business development and client pitches.
Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to expand reach.
Work closely with the small but growing team, ensuring seamless collaboration, sharing insights, and maximizing everyone's capabilities to drive overall business success.
Take on additional responsibilities beyond a fixed role, contributing flexibly to various business functions in a fast-evolving startup environment.
Any other related tasks to enhance the business.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level or native proficiency preferred).
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales, business development, and marketing—you thrive on identifying opportunities and driving growth.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to turn leads into long-term relationships.
Experience or familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Skilled in creating proposals and sales presentations for different audiences.
Self-driven and proactive—able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Team player mindset—willing to collaborate, share knowledge, and support teammates to maximize collective capabilities.
Willing to travel occasionally for business development and networking events.
Growth-oriented, eager to learn, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Work Arrangement

  • Office-based role, Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours: 8 hrs within 8:00 - 19:00 (8 hrs + 1-hour break).
  • Weekends and public holidays off.

Additional Benefits

  • AWS: Additional one month's salary.
