About the Role

We are looking for a Business Lead Development Specialist who can drive sales growth and expand our client base at EXPONENT PTE. LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing and qualifying business leads, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and commercial real estate agents through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  • Taking ownership of the pitching process, from initial client engagement to post-presentation follow-ups, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings and contributing to achieving sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
