Job Title: Strategic Sales and Specification Leader
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales and Specification Leader to join our team at RS Recruitment Agency LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the specification process for our architectural materials and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to provide product information and specification support to clients
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and specifiers to specify our products in their projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct effective product presentations to showcase our products' advantages and salient features
- Partner with main contractors and carpenters to promote our products as preferred materials
- Track specification progress and success rates to convert specifications into sales
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of specification activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry
- Strong understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
