**Growth Strategist Role**

We are seeking a skilled Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing strategies to drive audience expansion, increase sales performance, and improve livestream reach.

  • This role requires a data-driven marketer with creative vision and deep knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem, algorithms, and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities:

The Growth Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to drive audience expansion, viewer retention, and sales conversions on TikTok livestreams.
  • Identifying high-potential creators, products, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyzing livestream performance metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborating with content, influencer management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
  • Monitoring TikTok trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in livestreaming or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, audience behavior, and engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
