Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Regional HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional HR initiatives, ensuring governance compliance and operational excellence across the Asia region.

As a key partner to the business and HR leadership team, you will provide strategic HR counsel on workforce planning, talent development, organisational design and employee engagement.

You will lead and coordinate regional HR projects, including policy harmonisation, process improvement, HR systems implementation and regulatory compliance initiatives.

This is a highly visible hands-on role that requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive regional HR initiatives and ensure governance compliance
  • Provide strategic HR counsel on workforce planning, talent development and organisational design
  • Lead and coordinate regional HR projects, including policy harmonisation and HR systems implementation
  • Ensure operational excellence across the Asia region
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in HR business partnering and project management within a global insurance or financial services environment.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering and project management.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
