Role Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-end Main Contractor projects. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on complex architectural projects, providing a dynamic environment with significant challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Project Managers to schedule architectural work, requisition materials, control costs, supervise projects, and document progress.
  • Manage outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Architectural consultants to meet project deadlines, design deliverables, and Authority submissions.
  • Review and add value to designs, specifications, and drawings submitted by consultants.
  • Provide design and technical support to site queries throughout Construction.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure smooth progress and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Attend consultants' meetings and respond as necessary.
  • Coordinate and check architectural drawings.
  • Prepare and update drawings for submission.
  • Resolve technical construction details with contractors.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience in building construction, especially landed house projects.
  • Possess a Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board (an advantage).
  • Familiarity with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Fluent in English and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizational abilities.
