Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Architecture Manager to spearhead the delivery of architectural works on our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of all architectural works in accordance with the project master programme.

  • Coordinate and manage the planning, implementation, and coordination of all architectural works.
  • Liaise with consultants on matters relating to architectural works.
  • Assign duties and deploy the site architecture team to achieve the works schedule.
  • Support Site Quantity Surveyor on evaluation of quotations from approved vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors.
  • Support BIM/Draftsman and subcontractors in preparation of all architectural drawings.
  • Conduct regular coordination site meetings with nominated & domestic subcontractors to address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure relevant coordinator/supervisor issue out CAR/CAH/NCB forms to responsible vendors/subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and attend RI & TOP inspection.
  • Support Project Director/GM-Contracts/Contracts Manager in finalising accounts of architectural subcontractors.
">Key Responsibilities">
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate all architectural works to meet project timelines.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and assign duties to the site architecture team to achieve project objectives.
  • Evaluate quotations and recommend procurement decisions to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
">Requirements">
  • Degree in Architectural/Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Singapore construction with proven track record with A1 contractors.
  • Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD.
  • Proven track record in high-rise, mixed-development, or civil projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
