Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Principal Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with the ability to lead and mentor junior architects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing architectural teams, coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary professionals, and ensuring that projects meet client requirements.

  • Project Brief Formulation: Develop clear and concise project briefs that outline client needs and expectations.
  • Design Conceptualization: Lead the design conceptualization process, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project objectives.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong technical skills in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms
  • Experience with Corenet submission requirements and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
