Job Title: Principal Architectural Professional
Our organization seeks an accomplished and meticulous Architectural Manager to lead architectural operations across various project sites. This critical role is responsible for ensuring all architectural works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all architectural activities on site.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local authority submission requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Implement the company's Management System and site work processes.
  • Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversee the quality, safety, and timely delivery of architectural works according to project specifications.
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE subcontractors to ensure adherence to safe work practices and promote a culture of safety.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on all site architectural matters.
  • Provide strong leadership within the architectural scope and guide the site team to meet project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architectural management within the construction industry.
  • A solid understanding of authority submission processes and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
  • A proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
