Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional architectural projects under the guidance of project architects and managers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members on architectural projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to design proposals and architectural drawings at various stages of the project.
  • Evaluate and implement building regulations and technical coordination issues to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and update detailed drawings and documents for tender and construction stages, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
  • Manage drawing sets and oversee the creation and management of Autocad/BIM drawings, forms, and letters for submission to authorities.
  • Participate in site meetings and assist in contract administration from start to finish.
Requirements:

A degree in Architecture from a recognized university is essential. Strong creative design thinking, effective presentation skills, and proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD and BIM Revit, are mandatory requirements. Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic communication tools is also necessary.
