Assistant Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our architectural team as a Assistant Architectural Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

As an Assistant Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, collaborating with the project team, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft Design Plans: Create detailed and accurate design plans using architectural software tools like AutoCad, Sketchup, and ArchiCad.
  • Coordinate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the design process.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions and ensure seamless project execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in AutoCad, Sketchup, and ArchiCad.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong design skills, and proficiency in architectural software tools.
