Job Title: Principal Architectural Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Attend technical meetings with consultants to provide solutions.
  • Lead Architectural project teams by outlining work, reviewing accuracy, and ensuring timely outcomes.
  • Manage Architectural consultants to meet project deadlines and requirements.
  • Review and enhance designs, specifications, and drawings submitted by consultants.

  • Assist Project Manager in preparing reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree from a BCA-approved university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination.
  • Knowledge of local codes and authority submissions.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCad, and Sketch-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities.
