Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Lead to join our team in delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs comply with local building codes and authority requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring designs comply with local building codes and authority requirements.
  • Assist the principal in design development and project management.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Review and guide junior designers' work to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare drawings, presentations, and submission documents for regulatory approval.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's local codes, regulations, and submission processes (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, NParks, etc.).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong design, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support the principal effectively.
