Job Title: Principal Design Coordinator

The Senior Architectural Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architectural services and other trades on-site, managing work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, procure materials, control costs, oversee project progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a comprehensive construction management plan.
  • Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, community members, and external parties.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate work with civil, structural, architectural, and system-wide contractors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing similar-scale and complexity Civil, Architectural, and/or Electrical & Mechanical Building Services works.
