Pre-design

  • Meet clients to define scope, Look & Feel & Project timeline

Design Development

  • Develop detailed AutoCAD plans, RCP, millwork drawings & 3D SketchUp / Enscape visuals
  • Development and presentation of all perspectives, schematic, construction drawings and design solutions that are aligned to intent and are based on established project criteria, program and budget
  • Select materials, colours, fixtures and furniture

Documentation

  • Coordinate with technical support team to produce tender package
  • Assist in reviewing detailed design documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections and detailing. Included are electrical details, schedules (finish, plumbing, door, fixture), furniture floor plans, FF&E specifications, materials and finishes to determine compliance in areas of quality, code and design
  • Assist to generate FF&E and architectural finish specifications for documentation, review and approve FF&E_purchase orders, coordinate final placement of FF&E installation with all parties involved and maintain FF&E budget for all phases of the project interiors

Project Management

  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with contractors, carpenters & vendors
  • Focus on service delivery while monitoring the status of assigned project tasks against the project schedule.

Post Project

  • Maintain client relations for repeat business& referrals

General

  • Work is accurate/ aligned/ completed to client's brief
  • Proposed materials, design and FFE that are within project budget
  • Attend meetings/ site inspection(s) for quality and conformation to design & material specifications (where applicable)
  • Propose solutions to resolve design, scheduling-delivery, budget, quality, servicing issues
  • Space planning
  • Serve as principal contact for purchasing agent and FF&E vendors while working with them to select design elements that are to be specified and establish all required information for documentation
  • Co-ordinate with clients/contractors/suppliers to ensure promptness of tasks/projects; Resolve any issues with clients/contractors/suppliers
