Intermediate Interior Designer for Hospitality Group

Singapore HERITAGE SOHO PARTNERS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are seeking an Interior Designer to take on a key role in delivering design solutions for our hospitality projects. The position covers the full design process, from concept to completion, with a focus on FF&E and space planning and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and spatial design for hospitality and FF&E projects
    • Translate design intent into drawings, sketches, and detailed documentation
      • Develop space plans and furniture layouts tailored to hospitality requirements
        • Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals for client approval
          • Conduct weekly site visits to review progress and ensure design quality
            • Oversee design development from concept through construction detailing to tender
              • Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and finishes for accuracy
                • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align with design vision
                  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
                    • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Senior Designer/Intermediate Designer, preferably in a similar industry or firm for at least 4 years
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint
      • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and clear communication skills
        • Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification for hospitality interiors
          • Demonstrated creativity and strong design sensibility, with keen attention to detail
            • Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively
              • A portfolio of completed interior design projects is required
