**Job Title:** Interior Design Director

About the Role

The Interior Design Director is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the success of our interior design services. This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement client development strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Director who can lead multiple hospitality design projects, oversee project deliverables, and resolve escalations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to completion and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client development strategies to reinforce our position as a preeminent luxury hospitality design firm globally.
  • Lead and work on multiple hospitality design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and resolving escalations.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
  • Proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality interior design work.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
