Architectural Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural services and ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a construction management plan.
  • Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to architectural specifications.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage relationships between the project, client, subcontractors, community, and external parties. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining beneficial relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements include a minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture, as well as at least 3 years of experience in managing Civil, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
