Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

The E-Commerce Operations Lead will be responsible for driving sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts. You will lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels. Additionally, you will work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to prevent BBD risks, avoiding inventory write-offs and improving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem.
  2. Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce retailers to unlock better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding.
  3. Optimize promotional spending by balancing trade spend efficiency and ROI on visibility investments (ads, banners, homepages, etc.).
  4. Drive regional e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree Holder (Business Administration, or any related field).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in E-commerce or a related field.
