**Responsibilities**:

- Lead business development and day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee.
- Develop product placement strategies and operational plans tailored for Southeast Asian e-commerce markets.
- Track daily performance metrics and use data analysis to formulate actionable strategies aimed at increasing user engagement and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay on top of industry trends, and adjust product pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, with over 1 year of hands-on operational experience in Southeast Asia’s e-commerce sector.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English for business communication; fluency in Thai is an added advantage.
- Deep familiarity with platform operations, rules, and best practices for e-commerce sites such as Shopee and Lazada. Strong expertise in data-driven operations and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
- Excellent strategic planning and coordination skills, results-driven mindset, strong analytical abilities, and logical thinking.
- Prior experience managing 3C digital products, electronics, or other high-value items on Southeast Asian platforms is highly preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
